General indications on how to prepare teas and infusions:
Black teas and red teas: bring the water almost to a boil and then leave the bag to infuse for 3 – 5 minutes
Green teas: bring the water to about 80 degrees and then leave the bag to infuse for 2 – 3 minutes
Rooibos and herbal teas: bring the water almost to a boil and leave to infuse for 4 – 7 minutes
